Nuts raw at the supermarket

Hi.
I am in the process of a one month raw detox - which very well may stretch beyond the one month mark. Week one I went 80 percent raw and now in week two I am aiming for 90 percent raw.

My cravings have been mostly controllable but I just feel like I am eating so much fat - I know its the good fat - but still.. I've been cooking from the RAW FOOD cookbook and making tons of things with nuts in them. Could I be eating too many nuts?

I went to the grocery store and picked up some aloe vera juice but I have no idea if its raw. Does anyone know? I also bought Acai Berry Sorbet (http://www.belizza.com) but am not sure if it is raw. Are any sorbets raw?
Thanks for all your help and if you want to read about my journey my blog is posted here:

If you are just starting out and you are craving nuts, by all means eat them! They are a great transition food that helps you to feel full and get the protein that your body is addicted to. Just please make sure that the nuts are soaked before eating them!!!! Eating raw nuts is worse than eating cooked ones. Nuts and seeds and beans have something called enzyme inhibitiors in them that keep them from growing. The problem is that they also will keep you from digesting them unless you soak them, rinse them and throw out the soak water. Soaked nuts, seeds, beans are much higher in protein and nutrients as well.

Enjoy your soaked nuts - manga!
