does unpasterized honey mean raw honey? and can you eat muesli on the raw diet?

No, look for the word "raw" on the honey bottle. Also, if you look at the honey you can tell a lil if it's raw. Raw honey looks foggy and very cloudy. Regular honey is clear and golden. Hope this helps.

Raw honey contains propolis which is one of the best antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral agents in nature. It will not only stay preserved forever without refrigeration, but will boost your immune system. If you get raw honey with royal bee jelly in it, watch out - you might live forever! That's what the bees feed to a bee to make her into a queen so she never gets sick, is bigger and stronger and more productive than the other bees and lives many times the normal bee lifespan.
