I ate a good variety, and I thought it was a lot of food; but my roommates thought it was nothing... -shrugging shoulders-

3.75 litres Water
Coconut water and insides
4 oranges
Cucumber, celery and tomato salad with lemon juice, seasoning
Cashews, brazil nuts and dried rocket melon
3 Passion fruit
Banana and cocoa powder
Frozen grapes
2 pieces of multi-grain sprouted bread... I was told this is raw?
Lemon water

This is pretty much in order! Amazingly it filled me up.

For exercise, I attend bikram yoga 3-6times a week and if not, I practice Indian dancing, stretch and do some push ups and crunches.

Today we went to a "farmer's market" it was ntohing of the sort, but anyways I bought what I thought were raw dried cranberries which was expensive, but I was hungry...anyways...after I ate 3/4 of the packet (small packet), I was looking at the packaging and to my disgust it said "Ingredients: cranberries, corn syrup." I wanted to puke on the spot. I thought they tasted a little funny as in tooo sweet. I offered it to my friends cause I was about to throw it away. Someone took it and said, well at least it isn't an animal product....how do i know that, what if they make it at an animal place. Eh nevermind.

But then a friend asks, how I am doing the whole raw thing..and I answered and then she says, I would die if I did that. and I said: I said that and most people say that, but I am still here.
I think that the change of outlook is so funny!

Cranberries almost always have sugar added because they are so very tart in their natural state. I used to buy cranberry concentrate many years ago, the only kind of cranberry "juice-like" thing I could get. Cranberries without sugar are supposed to be great for the unirnary tract. The taste of cranberries without sweetener is actually quite fun and exciting. Strange how Americans want everything to be sweet.... boring!

Is cornsyrup and such products ever not vegetarian?
