I would reiterate Rawsome and ALL of the Gabriel Cousens books, also Dining in the Raw, Living in the Raw and I am Grateful are some of my favorites, plus most of the ones listed above (I'm not a big fan of the Patenaude books as they rely too heavily on high glycemic foods, same with the Doug Graham 80/10/10 diet, but that's just me.)

My favorite books are by Robert O. Young and his wife, Shelley Young. She has cookbooks called, Back to the House of Health I and II

Im getting a wee collection going....
Ani's book was a great starter for me, I havent made much from it but I love skimming through it... I do love the raw miso soup!

The Raw gourmet by Nomi Shannon-When this book first arrived I thought it was just ok but Ive made heaps from it, theres a lot of fresh and easy recipes.

The complete book of Raw has a huge variety of recipes, easy to gourmet.Only thing is there arent many pics.

I also love Renee Underkofflers 'Living Cuisine'. Again doesnt have pictures but it starts off as a good read and is followed by some really yummy recipes.

I looked at Renee Underkofflers Living Cuisine's book, but I am afraid to purchase it. Most rawists say that a recipe book is good, but their taste buds are raw. My taste buds are still meat and potatoes.

Is the book good for real?
