I had breast cancer surgery four weeks ago, I am still in recovery.
I was not a candidate for Radiation or Meds, which for me it is
wonderful, doctors don't agree.
My intention and desire is to eat the best I can and, here is my question. I need to learn to make different juices using the fruits and or vegetables. Can anybody help me, please?
try celery, cucumber, and parsley, also wheatgrass. carrot, apple, beet or carrot parsley, cucumber. Do you have a good juicer? I think fresh grapefruit juice a few times a week is very healing. good luck and happy juicing, Kymberly
Do you have a juice bar in your area? I went to the one near my work and they let me sample some juices first before I bought them. They were also very helpful in guiding me to the ones that would benefit me most. Also go to good health food stores, I found that the people that work there are usually very knowledgeable in their products. Just read everything on raw you can and take what feels right for you. Good luck and keep us posted.
