Amazed Getting bored and cold

Hello everyone
I have been practising 70% raw for just over a week and getting bored already. In some ways it seems more labour intensive to find different interesting thing to eat. Maybe preparing them differently might help.
Wish I had the energy to exercise more. Skin is breaking out
Yesterday it got really cool, I rushed to cook food and felt awful after. Today my menses start and I feel awful as usual. I want to stay raw through this period, I didn't get my usual symptoms before they started this time. (Cramping and eruptions) lol.
On a more positive note, my waistband is looser. I am sleeping shorter and more deeply.
Look forward to your feedback.

I really know what you mean. You crave something different, plus crave your old favorites, and seem to forget what raw has done so you go back to appease your temptation but totally regret that you gave in to your weakness...what I suggest is just trying a few simple recipes for some variety. And keep reminding yourself about how awesome you feel, about your looser waistband etc.

Relieved

Thanks for the feedback. I know that going back that way has no future for m. I needed some inspiration and I went surfing and found it.
So today I am just keeping it simple and more importantly planning ahead.

Getting in to this kind of diet requires patience and commitment, don't worry you'll soon see the beauty in all of this. You say you are 70% and I can see that you can't handle it yet, so why not simmer down to 60% first and then every week, increase 5%. Don't push yourself too much, take it one step at a time.

Sea veggies

Hail Everyone
Thanks for your feedback. I have been doing some more research into why I feel cold a lot. Even before changing my food.
As big as i am I would always feel cold even in the tropics. Somewhere i read about sea weeds. Helping the running man stay warm.
Anyway just bought some Dulse, looks weird. not sure how much I need? So a bit of trial and error.
I am a water baby at heart, so the sea weeds seem like a good move for me.
Peace
HC
