Amused Please tell me: is there truth to negative foods?????

Hey!
I would very much like to get an answer!!!!!!!!!!

I m trying to loose weight in a healthy manner ( eating many small meals a day and excercising)

Many people claim that if you eat raw fruits and vegetables that the body is using so much energy digesting it it will burn the calories thats in the food and also will give the body the vitamins, anti-oxidants etc. that the body needs.

What is your knowledge of this?

You've got it a bit mixed up here.
Raw fruit and vegetables contain thier own enzymes which digest the food itself, so your body doesn't have to do any work. When you eat cooked foods, the enzymes are dead, so your body has to work hard to digest it. We only have so much digestive enzymes, if you eat cooked they're all but gone by the age of 40. This causes all the classic aging symptoms.
Your body attacks cooked food as if it is a poison. This doesn't happen with raw foods.
You probably eat "healthy" but keep on gaining weight because the cooked food you eat has no nutrients, your body doesn't know what to do with it and stores it away from your internal organs on your legs, bottom, etc... as fat It does this because it can only take in and use food which contains live enzymes. The enzymes are the messengers which tell your body what to do with the food.
And you are always hungry because no matter how much cooked food you eat, because there's no nutrients in it your body always asks for more and more. A raw foodist can eat very little and have tons more energy than a cooked person.
You can eat raw puddings, pies, cakes all day and lose weight. Eat raw pizzas and burgers and become more beautiful than you can ever imagine. Check out all the raw food info on the web, and see for yourself.
Personally, I have been raw for a year and a half now. I've gone down 4 dress sizes, my face is more attractive, my eyes are bright. I am no longer depressed, pessimistic and irritable. I am in the process of reincarnating without dying.
The raw food diet is what the human body is designed to eat. Try it for yourself and prepare to be amazed!

Well, it s a little hardto take in since it goes totally against everything I learned growing up.
I will keep studying and practising my new knowledge in my everyday diet.

negative foods

i got the book about negative foods and i go by it.it makes sense to me that if i eat something like raw broccoli and /or raw...since it is not cooked to mush-it would take a little more body power to digest it.I think this explains alot of the wieght loss process...when we eat these good foods.it has more fiber and more vitamins and takes more chewing and i do believe in the negative calorie effect.but there is not scientific evidence that this is true from what i have read.taylor
