I'm just at the end of my first week myself, but I've read a couple of good books already during my researching.
One is Raw Family by the Boutenkos. It's a short, but informative, book that I read in one sitting. I'll be picking one up when I can afford it - I just got it out of the library for now.
Another is Angela Stokes's e-book, Raw Reform. You can get it on her website
www.rawreform.com. Her journey started with healing compulsive overeating, so there is advice about overcoming that as well, but also good information about transitioning to raw. It only costs $10 to download and it's worth it.
There's a ton of good information on Frederic Patenaude's website -
http://www.fredericpatenaude.com/
I have four books that I want to pick up someday soon to add to Raw Reform (I just moved to a new city and I'm still job hunting so I don't have extra money for books right now). I think these will be the right foundation for my chosen focus under the raw path onto greens and away from the gourmet foods:
1. Green For Life ~ Victoria Boutenko
2. Raw Family ~ Boutenko family
3. The Raw Secrets ~ Frederic Patenaude
4. Instant Raw Sensations ~ Frederic Patenaude
