Living mainly on juice?

Hi everyone... I've been transitioning to raw over the past many weeks. I started with a lot of raw veggies and ultimately ended up feeling really sick... my stomach was upset, and I was craving starches.

At the advice of a raw food coach from another forum, I started eating what appealed to me, and avoiding what was disagreeing with me (duh!). I am feeling a lot better, having success at staying raw, but I need some thoughts/ opinions on whether my diet is balanced enough.

I have raw juice every morning- usually celery, carrots, and two or three of the following: grapes, apple, citrus, pear, etc.

I sometimes have that again at lunch, sometime I don't eat lunch.

Dinner is a huge, lucious raw salad with lots of veggies, avacado, and a drizzle of olive oil, sometimes a bit of raw cheese, etc.

Is this too much juice? Should I worry about too much sugar (even though it's natural)?

I feel really good... Should I just go with it?

Thanks!

Yeah, you could be taking too much juice. Consult your doctor on how much amount of juice is allowable per day/week.

I think you need to replace some of your juice intake with food you actually eat because you need the fiber, too.
