Keeping it real
We are up in Canada and in the winter it is quite cold to be eating raw foods, but we persist, trying to warm up the food with ginger or cayenne. Recipes are really appreciated, but many that we find are just too difficult for our populace here. We don't get foods in our town like kale or pine nuts. We do get raw milk cheese, mixed raw nuts, raw almond butter, regular type fruits and veggies, and bulghur wheat. Everyone is pushing for good recipes without getting too complicated.
