You can melt the cacao butter in the dehydrator, this is still raw, as long as you keep it at a low temperature, as you would the food you would dehydrator. Or you can use two bowls, the larger one with hot water (but not too hot to touch), the smaller with the cacao butter. This will melt it and keep it raw. Just don't put it on the stove, or in the microwave (o;
