Can you please explain what the
Karma +/ - Power and Karma Points associated with our profiles refer to and how they change?

Hey Leslie,

The karma points are basically a value that changes once you post a message or reply to one. It changes only if a member likes your post or not. If he/she does they add or remove a karma point. You can add points or remove points simply by clicking on the next to user online or offline.

For example you have power 10 and I have Power 0

it is all about balence i suppose
a 5 would be the best

The more you post the more power you will have. The more posts and more karma points = higher karma power.
