can't log in to check out

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and new to the Raw Food website. I registered so I could order, but can't seem to login at the checkout. Have tried having password emailed to me and was using the right one. I emailed support, but haven't heard back yet . I'm impatient, I guess. I'd like to order some of that great looking bee pollen. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
