That's really sad how judgmental people into a certain diet can get. We're a small enough group eating raw as it is without kicking people out!
OK, I'll make comments on anything that I am completely unqualified to give any comments on - which will be everything.
Diluted juiced raw cranberries: If you have some urinary tract problems I would give it a try when you were feeling real good and see. Cranberries aren't real high in sugar and are so bitter that I can't imagine them having the same kind of effect as regular fruit juice. Back in the day when I was fighting UT infections I drank diluted cranberry concentrate a lot and it never had a bad effect like fruit juice would but that was me and a long time ago so the only way you are going to know for sure is to experiment on yourself. If you don't have UT issues it might not be the highest priority experiment for the moment.
The low enzymes is interesting. Do you take any systemic enzyme supplementation? Do you take enzymes when you eat cooked meat? Those two things might help you.
Looks like your gut is not a happy camper.
What do you do/take to support your immune system besides all the positive thoughts?
You know, that last joke might be worth taking a bit more seriously. The best gains I made with my candida was when I did visualizations about my internal war against the yeastie beasties being won by the "good guys". I saw pac men coming and eating up those yeastie beasties (now that really does give away my age and how long ago I had that problem doesn't it?) There are lots of great videos out there that show how the immune system works - the ones for kids are some times the best. The one thing that has been definitely proven scientifically is that the immune system reacts to positive emotions, thoughts, and visualization.
Parasites are usually kept in check by the immune system. If you have lots of streptococcus etc. in your systems that is above normal that means that your immune system is certainly up against a challenge and needs support.
Here's something that I found fascinating when I learned it. During the day the body processes that are in high gear get priority over the immune systems when it comes to protein. The only time that the immune system gets first dibs on the protein is at night when the rest of the body is resting. At night the immune system is in high gear and gobbles up as much protein as it can get. Whenever I was fighting an infection, virus etc. I made sure I got protein at night even if it was sun chlorella. This really did help me at those times.
After watching all those videos on the immune system I still have one children's video that stands out in my mind over all the others and I can see it clearly in my mind's eye. It makes me happy to think about all those adorable characters running around my body fighting for me! Simple minds are easily amused I guess. There are many very high end production videos as well.
Thank you so much for writing out all those ingredients Slink! Because of the potassium Mom will not be able to take it and because of the Niacin my hubbie won't either.

But it did remind me about chromium. I have to make sure that they are both still taking that because it is supposed to be a vital supplement for people with blood sugar issues. I think hubbie takes l-carnitine too. I'll have to look that one up again.
Are you familiar with the appestat? (I don't know how to spell that)It's what kicks in to tell you that you are full. I sometimes stop eating for a little bit to see if my appestat will kick in and make me feel full. If I stop eating and am still hungry it means that I really do need more. Most of the time hunger goes away after forcing myself to stop because the time given to the body allows the apestat to start performing. I've only heard of this. I should see if I can find anything about it on the internet.
Well, now that I'm done with all my completely unfounded opining I shall leave now and find some grub to not only talk about - but to eat!
