you'll need:
about a cup of almond milk (soak almonds overnight, blend with twice as much water and strain through fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag)
1 and a half corn cob (raw, obviously, cut off the sob)
celtic salt
cayenne pepper powder (or fresh if you have it!)
cilantro or other herb for garnish

save half the corn cob for later. blend up almond milk and remaining corn with a pinch of salt or to taste, then add cayenne pepper to taste and blend. (i love it spicy but you can adjust it as you wish). serve in a pretty bowl, sprinkle with the corn kernels you have saved and a little more cayenne. put on a sprig of cilantro for garnish, and maybe an edible flower to make it beaautiful!

enjoy, gimme feedback=)
