5 large ripe tomatoes
2-4 cloves garlic
1/2 to 1 tsp. celtic sea salt
bunch of cilantro
bunch of basil
lemon juice to taste(1/4 C?)
1/4 C olive oil
water if neede

blend these ingredients

add any crunchy vegies:
red and green peppers
cucumbers
zucini...

Lundiloo here! I couldn't remember how I first made this and made it a little different with great results. It was basically the same but I added sundried tomatoes(superblended in the vitamix) and cucumbers. It definately needs cruchy vegies like green and red peppers. The sundried toms make the difference!
