Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce (shredded)
1 tomato (diced)
1 avocado (diced)
1/2 cucumber (diced)
3 tbs. onion (diced)
4 tbs. sprouted sunflower seeds
2 tbs. agave nectar
3 tbs. lemon juice
1 handful dulse or nori fronds
Sea salt to taste

How to: Mix everything in the bowl. With your hands massage the salad for a few minutes. The seaweed will break up and the flavors will concentrate. Let the salad sit 20 mins. at room temp. before eating.
