arugala, baby spinach, or other greens
tomato
cucumber
peppers
avocado
shredded kale, bok choy, chard etc
zucchini
broccoli
jicama
cauliflower
sunflower seeds
raisins
add or subtract due to mood or taste

Arrange decoratively in a bowl.
Dress with tahini dressing, olive oil and lemon or dressing of choice.
All of my friends and family say its the best!! Even the non vegs
