Hey Mork,

How often do you run? I run more when I don't have school to worry about and when it's not so cold out because I have bad circulation. Also I use that as an excuse to be lazy sometimes. I believe exercise is just as important as a healthy diet.

I run everyday. I get too irritable when I don't.

So now that school is out, are you running more? I don't want you being lazy, Vej.

I was very lazy for a while there. You'll have to come over and keep me in shape lol. I'm starting up again so I look good when we rock N' roll.

I'm a rock fan as well, though I'm more classic rock, indie, and early punk stuff.

What sort of bands do you like? I'm very into The Shins right now..

Shinedown, Buckcherry, Staind, Velvet Revolver, Joe Satriani, Default, Slave to the System, Steve Vai, Silvertide, Tantric, Black Crows, Chris Cornell, Stone Temple Pilots, GNR, Lynard Skynard, Thornley. I ??m not familiar with the Shins. I ??ve heard of them before and I ??ve probably heard their stuff but I guess it didn ??t catch me like these bands do. Leather Pants are the way to go. lol
