Wine - Raw Food Chat

Hi all,

I have this love affair with red wine! I don't drink it all the time, but wonder if its considered raw?

That's an interesting question! I wonder if it depends also on the wine (vintner) itself?

I was recently at a raw food restaurant where the chef is published and also quite well known in the raw community - and there were several varieties of wine available.

As I didn't plan to have any, I didn't read any comments about it, though.

You love wine like I love chocolate. Even though you could probably find countless articles and "studies" claiming they are healthy, I just don't think they are health promoting. Raw they may be, but fresh they are not.

But this is your journey, so do it as you feel you should. It may be the last thing you let go of. I haven't been able to drink wine for some time now, the last time I had half a glass I didn't like the way it made me feel.
