Why Living Food?

I say because living food gives your body nutrients that have not been altered. Raw Foods are easier for your body to break down, and they also have all of there enzymes in tact.

Raw Foods have been known to help people heal from various dieases like cancer, diabeties, arthritis, hypothyroid and more.

Raw Foods provide energy, life, and just an overall good mood at least for me.

Raw foods saved my life, I had gotten to a point in my life where I couldn't breathe, had asthma, severe left side pain and more and all of these have been resolved and I'm grateful for that.

There are so many benefits...

I wish raw foodists would stop talking about enzymes - there is no science to back up the enzymes hypothesis. There are loads of papers however on the benefits of raw food diet on health and wellness. The whole enzyme thing should be dropped it is just an embarrassment.
