wheat grass?

hi, i have a questions about wheat grass.

my friend want to drink wheat grass but she has a wheat allergy.
is it safe to drink wheat grass juice (rejuvelac also) ?

if anyone knows about them, i'm appreciate for your help.

i asked my local health food store about it,
they said its safe to drink wheat grass juice who's allergic to wheat.
because its grass, not grain anymore.

i'm still looking for more info about it,
any opinion etc... i'm happy to hear,
