break-fast smoothie:
half a bag of frozen wild blueberries
head of romaine
4 stalks of celery
half a bunch of parsley
6 leafs of dino kale
1 lemon with peel removed
1 granny smith apple
some chia seeds
some r/o water to get it movin
and occasionally some fresh herbs from the garden like dill, oregano, or mint
