I've actually stopped making so many smoothies lately to opt for fruit and nuts in the morning, but here's the standard one I used to make every morning:
1/2 frozen banana (I chop up the banana and freeze it myself)
1/2 cup fruit (berries, mango, peaches, etc.)
1 oz raw almonds
1/4 cup fresh orange juice (about 1 orange squeezed)
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup cold water
ice
Throw everything in a blender
I also used to alternate with a Pina Colada smoothie, which was basically using pineapple for the fruit and adding a tbsp of raw grated coconut.
This smoothie actually got me back (in a manner of speaking) to trying raw again. I had tried several times going 100% but found it really difficult so I went back to my usual vegan diet which included a smoothie in the morning made of tofu and soy milk. I realized I wasn't enjoying that smoothie nearly as much as the raw one so I started making that and remembered how good raw tasted and started incorporating more raw. I am now at about 75%.
