my dentist always told me to use flouride in moderation...too much is bad for your teeth and not enough is bad as well. I've just brushed and taken in alot of calcium and my teeth are fine

My dentist told me the same thing, but the problems with my teeth never went away.

Since beginning raw, I no longer get cold sensations. Before I couldn't eat cold fruit, now I can eat all the cold fruit I want. Also, my teeth have poor enamel and now with raw, I don't have to worry to much about the sugar destroying them. I can feel my teeth getting stronger. I heard regeneration is possible and I have faith.

Basically if flouride doesn't work for you, try something different. All our bodies are different and will react differently. (=

This is probably going to sound crazy, but I read its best to brush your teeth with a bar of soap. I tried it for about a month and I have to say that it made my teeth feel really squeeky clean. There was no film or plaque on my teeth. I only stopped doing it because it sounds so crazy and I didn't really know what I was doing. I need to try to find that link with the research to back that up. The article also said that flouride is bad.
