Afterward, you should definately get some green powders. I love the ones that Healthforce Naturals makes.
http://www.healthforce.com , I take their Vitamineral Green, Greener Grasses, and Spirilina. Also their Vitamin C. I also like a product called Just Barley (Whole Foods) and a powdered wheatgrass from Green Kamut. I mix these in my water all day at work, they are feel very good.
And don't taste too bad (except the spirilina, yuck, that has to go in green smoothie, really bad, shudder)
