Hi Mal, last week I soaked almonds and had a few after having a salad and a smoothie. Soon, I realized how bad I felt like vomiting. This, didn't stop their. Now, I had a stomache ache, I realized that, especially when eating RAW, you have to think more about food combining. Some foods like coconuts, and almonds can be really dense and don't go well when you've got to many mixtures happening in your stomache. Also, try not to mix oil fats to often like sesame and avocado to much.
