raw chocolate topping required

hi there i have been experimenting with raw energy bars,

simply blending some dates with a little hemp oil, then adding seeds nuts dried fruit etc

any tips suggestions on that front would be great

but what i really need help with is a good raw chocolate topping for them

i tried mixing coconut oil, agave and cocoa powder but in the fridge the agave seemed to sink and separate away from the coconut and cocoa

any ideas guys on a better raw chocolate topping?

since you used hemp oil already you proabably dont really need the coconut oil, which is what's causing the separation a little bit of water/coconut with the agave and cocoa shall do.
