Frozen Corn?

Hello,

I have been looking all over the internet and I can not find the answer to this question... I hope someone can help. Is Whole Foods Market Brand, 360 Frozen Organic Super Sweet Corn, raw? The ingredients say's only "corn" nothing else is listed. I'm not sure of the process of freezing fruits and veggies will the freezing process destroy the enzymes and nutrients?
