Oven that goes to low temps????

Has anyone heard of a built in oven that can go down below 115 degrees? We're re-doing our kitchen and I don't see the need for an oven at all but the hubbie wants one. If we could find one that goes to low temps then it might actually be useful and it would save us some grief.

I was going to build my dehydrator into the wall but that has some definite downsides. 1. Needs air flow 2. Moisture and heat into the cabinetry. 3. Control knob in back 4. Very loud.

Will be putting that into a seperate room being made for it and our dogs' raw food space instead.

But really want an oven that can be used somehow other than my husband's couple time a year yams! Those ovens are expensive!!!! I'd like to be able to use it.

I'm making one lower counter for appliances like vitamix, food processor, champion and my fab new juicer - Beville. If anyone wants a new juicer and doesn't do that much greens it's great. So easy to use and clean, fast and effective - big opening can fit 6-8 carrots at a time - Zoom!

Finally I will have a kitchen that works with live foods - except that d@#$m oven!
