Question Nut Milk question

What can you do with the nuts that are left over from making nut milk?

Thanks.

You can simply combine them up with seasoning like nutmeg, cinnamon, agave nectar and dehydrator till crisp.

Leftover nut pulp

Hi there!
One thing I have found that is delicious is making a kind of cheese. You take the leftover pulp and mix it in a food processor with:

a tomato
a few tablespoons each of: olive oil, nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon Celtic salt
squeeze half a lemon in there
Of course, you adjust to your taste, but I love this as it is spread on nori with some romaine tucked in there.

You can take the pulp, dry it in a dehydrator and use it as flour in many recipes, like cinnamon rolls or bread.

You can make a fermented cheeze out of the pulp.

You can add it to pates and burgers.

I leave the pulp in to make pudding.
1 avocado
1 c. almond milk
juice from lemon or lime to taste
sweet leaf stevia to taste
That recipe is from Shelley Young's Back to the House of Health.

Thank you

Thank you for asking the question about the nut milk leftovers. I now have ways to dehydrate them. Never thought of it. It can also be used as a body scrub.
