Not necessarily to do with a sweet tooth

Okay I have noticed in the past couple days that I am nervous to eat some fruits because they are slightly overripe and thus too sweet for me. The problem is after eating the fruit I feel sick
1) because it was too sweet
2) I feel like I am going to vomit.

So now there are couple fruits that I am staying away from because of these feelings - pears, apples, banana. In terms of eating as fruits.

Is this normal? Is there any way that I can overcome this? ...aside from eating the fruits slightly unripe.

Thanks.

Ya know Anisha, bananas and pears that are over ripe blech me out. Those two fruits can get that way. Apples I find strange though because when those are too far gone they usually just get mealy and bad - not that much more sweet like bananas and pears.

It sure sounds like your body is communicating loud and clear about her preferences. Lucky you! It's very clear that your bananas and pears should be JUST RIGHT. Not too ripe and not too green.

I find myself freezing lots of bananas just at their peak to use in smoothies and as far as pears go I've been eating lots of freeze dried pears because they are preserved at peak whereas I can't seem to get pears that are just right. I never can tell. The freeze dried ones sit very nicely with me.

I thought my body was sending me a message.

When I drank coffee, I could have freeze dried, but when I had fruits I had an allergic reaction.

Maybe I should try eating them again in a bit.

That's intresting.

Do you mean to say that when you were drinking coffee if you ate freeze dried fruits you were ok, but if you ate the whole natural fruit that wasn't dried you would have an allergic reaction even though you were drinking the same amount and kind of coffee?
