Hi I am interested in this position as I was actually thinking of going to a raw food cuisine school such as living light Institute but was hoping to learn how to prepare professional gourmet raw food on the job. The opportunity you are advertising sounds ideal. I worked in the restaurant business in the early 90's but moved on to the business world in corporate america.
