Well, I just received Living Foods for Radiant Health in the mail today. It reads like a manual, not something you'd want to read from front to back. But it's a great resource to refer to when you have a question or need to look something up. The book has a huge wealth of information such as colon cleansing, sprouting, dehydrating, food combining, recipes and alot on wheatgrass.
I'm still waiting for the other book.
