yes i also think that you are consuming to much dehydrated foods
i have been raw for about 5 months and went from 153 to 119 i hardly consume dehydrated foods , maybe like 2 times a month

i read in this article that consuming to much dehydrated foods will make you retaine air
i dont think that your weight gain is due to fruits
in a day i consume about 12 tagerines an 3 apples and i havent gained weight i just keep losing

Well, I just started my raw lifestyle this week (after a lot of research), but I would guess that you should increase your intake of greens and try to stay away from eating a lot of the raw pizzas and burritos. Maybe have those things some of the time, but if you're trying to lose weight, the fresh greens will be a better choice.

I've been gaining weight too and I've been eating almost totally raw. I now realize I need to cut some portions - especially nuts and tahini dressing. It is upsetting because I was eating all I wanted it first and I lost weight. Now it is going the other way. Even though I am eating raw I apparently still need lots of exercise to not gain weight.
