Fun in the Sun?

I would like to know if anyone has been able to quit using sunscreen since going raw, and how your body reacts to the sun now as opposed to how it used to. Any information would be great. Thanks

I do very well in the sun without sun screen since going raw. Just rub some fresh aloe vera and drink a green juice before and you're good to go. Don't stay out long and you should be fine. To get a tan mix the aloe vera with some coconut oil.

I have a skin condition that has left scars and have been told i MUST wear sunblock if i want them to go away. Is there a safe alternative?

Might be an area specific thing but I and my friends spend as much time in the sun and being outdoors as possible. The sun and air is extremely conducive to living. Albeit, we most often dwell in rural areas and work with the Earth alot. We also live more or less communally, and I have observed alot of newer people and visitors who have a hard time with the sun and heat (as well as cold and snow in the winters) but soon after being new, as they get healthier and more tuned in with nature, they, also ,choose to spend as much time outdoors and in the elements as possible and wouldn't have it any other way. I am sure that living foods is a key factor. No sunblock or any such things being used. We drink a lot of water though.
