How many times a day do you eat? What time do you stop eating?

I eat 1-2 times a day. Stop eating at 8-9pm.

Amazed Florida

I am going to Florida Tomorrow!! Any cool Raw places around Cape Coral? I'll be chillin' there for about until Thursday. Any restaurants or Cool stores because I am bound to conventional grocery stores in rural Michigan unless I want to drive an hour there and an hour and a half back because I'll get lost.

Usually it turns out that I have breakfast at 6:00 when I wake up, lunch at noon, dinner at 6:30, and a couple snacks inbetween. I don't strictly keep to that schedule though, when I'm truly hungry I eat, regardless of the time.

I eat 4-5 times a day. Eat banana, apple and some nuts in morning, raw bar couple hours later, some fruits before work out, then a shake, then salad and some kind of fish or chicken with veggies after. i jus stop eating a few hours before i go to bed so there's no specific time.

Im eating once or twice a day. I start the day of with a freshly squeezed orange juice about 8am. Ill then have a baby coconut freshly cut about 11am. A 2 pm Ill have a green juice of kale, collard greens, wheatgrass, a beet, celery and cucumber... Ill have another about 4 or 5 pm and at about 6pm Ill have a light salad.

I normally eat 6 times a day, breakfast is green smoothie with almost all greens and 1/4 pear or apple, snack after exercise is fruit, lunch is large salad, romaine wraps with veggies or a plate of veggies, snack is a fruit or cherry tomotoes (there are alot of times I can't squeeze this one in), dinner is large salad and occasionally (once a week at most, once a month at least with family get togethers) something gourmet like zuchinni pasta with marinara (I rarely add oil or fat to my meals but sometimes will have a few sunflower seeds) and then snack before bed is fruit. There are times, especially on the weekend when I sleep in and will only get 3-4 meals in though and then it is green smoothie breakfast, veggies for lunch, salad for dinner and then fruit before bed or fruit for dinner and no snack before bed and other times I just am not hungry......then its eat whenever ....that seems to happen at least once a week.....I tend to eat more frequent on days I lift weights and do cardio because I am very hungry and that is 3 days a week!

Got up feeling great...today I'm gonna record every thing I eat with photographs (just for fun).

Had a strange thing happen today, I had some black grapes, seedless and about an hour later I had the strongest cravings I've had in a long time!!!!

I was ready to have to dig my heels in and fight this thing as I getting really stressed and irritable and was feeling as though I wanted to eat every piece of cooked food insight!!!!

I had a slice of water melon then halfway through I had the urge to go and poop and I pooped a bunch!!!

Then all of a sudden the cravings vanished as quick as they came!

What I had today:







This is pretty much the average amount that I will have in a day, some people might think this is not much but I believe it's all about being hydrated, I believe that once your body has reached the point where it's back in a rehydrated state from all the years of dehydrating cooked foods that it really won't take much to satisfy you, I've noticed that I have made a change from eating fruits at random to instinctively seeking juicy seasonal fruits.
