Got up feeling great...today I'm gonna record every thing I eat with photographs (just for fun).
Had a strange thing happen today, I had some black grapes, seedless and about an hour later I had the strongest cravings I've had in a long time!!!!
I was ready to have to dig my heels in and fight this thing as I getting really stressed and irritable and was feeling as though I wanted to eat every piece of cooked food insight!!!!
I had a slice of water melon then halfway through I had the urge to go and poop and I pooped a bunch!!!
Then all of a sudden the cravings vanished as quick as they came!
What I had today:
This is pretty much the average amount that I will have in a day, some people might think this is not much but I believe it's all about being hydrated, I believe that once your body has reached the point where it's back in a rehydrated state from all the years of dehydrating cooked foods that it really won't take much to satisfy you, I've noticed that I have made a change from eating fruits at random to instinctively seeking juicy seasonal fruits.
