Candida getting me down

I'm looking for someone who is or has a problem with Candida that has successfully change their diet and stuck with it. I just found out about the Candida after going raw for four months. I couldn't figure out while I still had brain fog and a bad case of skin crawl after eating so healthy for the last four months. Now a friend drop a bomb and said I probably had Candida. Well When I researched it out I now have to give up all fruits and dried fruits which I replaced for sugar fixes. I'm really bumming. Does anyone know of a good web site for recipes for raw Candida diets?

Hello
I run a health food store and do irridology.
I would recomend that you take a probiotic a good refridgerated one or freeze dried. Also take some caprillic acid or pau d arco.
The probiotic will build the good bacteria and the caprillic acid or pau d arco will kill the fungus. You will need to be on the maybe up to three months. As for your skin you may need to up your omegas. Adrian

Probiotics will help you with your candida. It'll help you fight bad bacteria in your system. Too bad you can only take limited fruits. My brother had candida and had to treat it every year usually on the same month.

how much fat is in your diet?

candida blooms in response to having to much sugar in your blood stream over a period of time

fat will prevent the insulin in your body from being able to transport the sugar into your cells,

if anything I would say more fruit, and ALOT LESS fatty foods (seeds, nuts, avocados)

it will up the amount of sugar in your diet and without the fats the sugar will be metabolized rather quickly rather than flowing through your blood feeding the candida

make sense?

and remember that fat takes 12-36 hours to be removed from your blood, so it will likely take a couple of days to notice a difference,

it may not be the most comfortable at first due to detox
if you can get your fats below 10% of the calories in your diet for a couple days you'll likely feel that your circulatory system is on fire,

after that you will likely feel much much better

and if not then try something else

hi, amites. the thread and your response are of great interest to me as my skin has felt itchy on and off the last week. i also had canker sores in my mouth which i only usually get when i am stressed (whichh i am) or when i used to eat too much sugar. i haven't had any trouble with the raw food diet until this time. i have also been getting some hot flashes which i haven't had in almost a year. i have been going a bit crazy wondering if it's something i'm eating from the garden or the weeds i have to walk through on one side of the garden beds.

so you think this could come from eating too many nuts? i tend to eat some nuts every day and not much fruit at all. mostly nuts, seeds, veggies and small amounts of whole grains.

thank you.....

sugar problem

you should get more complex sugars. fruits with polysaccharides which are bitter but aren't simple sugars so it doesn't have that sugar stimulation. you every try superfoods like cacao and goji berries? they have tons of antioxidants and are super healthy.

don't solve your problems using lab made drugs when nature already has the answer.

Raw cacao doesn't have all the nutrients destroyed so take that in a smoothie or eat some with fruit. They have a great source of magnesium
Raw Goji berries still have their nutrients attached too and contain many trace vitamins and minerals.
Cordycep mushrooms are used to detoxify the body. This along with goji berries have been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years

Garlic is the number one herb in the world. Chop up some garlic with your meals or get a good dose of it at night. it'll clean out your body.

check out my superfoods page. david wolfe already did the research for you. i just gave you an overview.

Usually, if you are 100% raw. That includes raw dried fruits. Candida should dissapear. Fruit sugars won't affect it if you are 100%. If you have a bad case though, I would stay off the dried sweeties...

I have read you need to lower your food with a lot of fat like nuts, seeds and avocados.
