How to use aloe vera?
I got the internal message to drink for 7 weeks lots of lemon water and use aloe vera. I have aloe in bottles but was wondering how to use the fresh leaves. I bought one and I am looking for ways to use them.
I am doing a 7 week cleanse - raw foods to let go of all old stuff I have been carrying in the body and in my energy field from the past that is not serving me anymore.
I started my 3rd week and I am feeling much better already. But I would love to find creative ways to keep using the aloe.
Any idea?
