I have heard supplements are good
I heard a b12 suppliment is good. The idea is it is only good for you if it is animal based. Alot of vegies have b-12 it just doesn't seem to do it.

There is so much different research on B-12. Is it in plants or not
Has anyone had a diffencincy and gotten sick from lack of it. I just want to be as healthy as possible.

I find eating a little dairy gives me all the b12 i need. Maybe not all raw, but it is close enough.
