almonds?!?!

If you didn't already know this, the mandatory almond pasteurization act will be in effect this year September 1st, meaning that all raw foodies will have to do without almond milk, pate, etc. Whatever shall we do?? This makes me very very sad.

The law is for California almonds. If you can find a grower outside of California you will be okay. Unfortunately, most almonds are grown in California. There are some almonds grown in Spain that are imported, but you have to search to find them. I'd love to know of a supplier if you find one!
