Let's hear it for Viktor!
Viktoras Kulvinskas has always been one of my very favorite "raw gurus"...!
I have never gotten to take an actual class from him, but I did get to watch a couple of his lectures in videotape (they were AWESOME) and also got to interview him in 1994 when I was doing a small press publication called "Eat It Raw!"
I think all of his books could use a really good proofreader and editor, but all that is really the least important. It's the SUBSTANCE that really counts, and Viktor's got heart and soul and intellect and his own special genius. Plus, he is a very generous and helpful soul who has help countless thousands.
