Question #1: What are some rawfood staples in your current diet. What are some of your "favorite" foods? And If you could eat "cooked" food....what would you eat?

Cucumbers, Avocado's, durians. If I could eat any cooked food? I don't miss any but I used to love pizza. now that I'm a raw chef I can make anything taste just as good as it tasted when it was cooked.

Question #2: Have you ever had any kind of symptoms of mental illness, and, if so, what did a raw food diet with supplements get rid of, and are all mental illnesses curable with a raw foods diet/supplements??

I've never had any symptoms but I know people who have and cured them with the raw food diet. E-3 Live is a great product for mental illnesses.

Question #3: Can you describe to us what true hunger is? And how does one deal with overeating/binging on raw foods especially dry fruits and fats?

True hunger is when if you don't eat you will starve and cause many problems for your body. Ending in Death if you don't eat. Most people today have habit hunger but not true hunger. To deal with Overeating there the two ways I have found work best is one to eat only the highest quality foods and the other way is to build a personal relationship with God.

Question #4: What are some of the most interesting and inspiring success stories you heard from others during your events or travels?

I ??ve heard so many. I ??ve seen people get cured from all types of diseases. The most inspiring has to be the most recent. The more recent they are the more I remember the joy I feel from hearing about people getting better. There was this one guy who came to a talk of mine. He was very sick and scared. I told him to go to hipporcates heath institute in Florida. He didn ??t want to go at first but a few weeks later I was there and saw him there. He was a different person. Healthy and happy. Amazing!!!

Question #5: Have you changed your eating pattern since going on the rawfood diet?

Yes, now I eat much less and more simple.

Question #6: What advice would you give to someone with cancer (esp. stomach) who is on a regular diet - less then 60% raw?

I tell anyone with cancer to contact Dr. Fred Bisci. Dr. Bisci has been eating a raw diet for over 50 years. He is the best nutritionist in the world in my opinion. His website is www.fredbisci.com he has had more success than anyone else I ??ve heard of with dealing with cancer.

Question #7: How do you feel about female menses? Is it a natural or unnatural thing and will it stop once healthy?

It can stop. But that doesn ??t mean it is good. I know some woman who are very healthy and they still bleed. I know some who don ??t. One thing I know for sure is that when a woman eats healthier the blood flow will lessen and maybe even disappear. That doesn ??t mean they can ??t still get pregnant. They just won ??t have a heavy blood flow during their cycle.

Question #8: Is it possible to reverse facial bone structure to our genetic potential/what we were born to have? Have you seen startling examples, besides yourself. How long do these kind of changes take place, and whether or not it's just an illusion created by healthier skin, eyes, hair, not deeper structural changes. Are raw animal products required for this to happen?

Anything is possible. Animal products are not required.

Question #9: How much sun do you think we need as vegans to get enough Vitamin D?

At least an hour a day I ??d say. Too many vegans are not getting enough vitamin d. Especially people living in the north. I suggest a vegetarian vitamin supplement.

Question #10: What diet advice do you have for the most common deficiency of a vegan diet? Vitamin D, A, B-12, B complex, DHA, Iron, calcium, zinc etc.?

Calcium, zinc, DHA, Iron, B complex , and vitamin a can all be gotten from a raw diet. Vitamin D and b-12 can also be gotten but it ??s harder. I suggest a supplement to assure good health.

Question #11: Can you please tell us about some of your current projects you're working on and/or developing?

I have a new book about to come out about curing Ulcerative colitis and Crohn ??s disease with a natural diet. I ??m also don ??t more work in the field of Emotional/spiritual healing. People need to know that the body is not physical alone. On my website www.therawworld.com I now sell a great book I found called, biblical foundations to freedom.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Yes, No matter what food we eat it is very important I feel that everyone work on building a personal relationship with God. When I say God, people make many things their God ??s. I mean the God that created us. I highly suggest everyone read the Bible at least once in their life time to see what I ??m talking about. I find the Bible to be the best health book ever written and there are so many important things is there as well that people are missing out on.

Keep up the great work Alex.
