1 avocado cut into whatever size chunks you like
2 tomatoes, chopped
squeeze on some lemon juice and sea salt, to taste
toss in a bowl

so simple, so easy, and you can add more ingredients (like cucumber or red peppers or cilantro, etc) if you want!
