This product has legions of fans, and appears in many raw recipes. I couldn't help but try it! In terms of appearance, texture and taste, Bragg's Liquid Aminos can be compared to soy sauce. I found that I didn't like the taste of Bragg's; it is too strong and salty for me, overpowering the delicate flavors of my other foods, even if I use a little of it. Also, unfortunately, I've since learned that there is controversy over whether it is truly raw. I've since given my bottle away to a happy vegan.

There appears to be quite a bit of respect out there for the late Paul Bragg, a proponent of natural health. According to Wikipedia, he died at age 95 while he was out surfing! I hope I can surf at 95.
