| I drink one of these daily after my workout. May seem like a lot of ingredients, but who cares they are all good for you! High protein and carbs, exactly what you need post workout for muscle growth and to re-energize.
12 oz nut milk (almond)
1 banana
half a up of frozen blueberries, or strawberries
teaspoon of manuka honey
2 scoops of Thors Raw Power or regular Hemp Protein (alternate everyday)
2-3 teaspons of soaked goji berries
1 teaspoon of bee pollen
