1 cup hazel nuts
3.5 cups filtered water
1 to 2 tsp vanilla
2 dates
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1 to 2 tbsp honey or agave

Soak the nuts overnight
Drain soak water and disguard
Rinse nuts
Blend nuts and dates in blender
Strain through a nut milk or other fine mesh bag
Add vanilla, salt and honey
Blend again for a few seconds
Will last 3 to 4 days refrigerated in a covered glass jar.


This is yummy over a bowl of fruit like bananas and berries or raw granola.

Your welcome. Thanks Alex. I make this with Brazil nuts also. It's my favorite nut milk. I was out of Brazil nuts and so was the store so I tried hazel nuts instead. Glad I did.
