Starting Raw?:
Well, I was a vegan for almost year and I had problems with that way of eating, both ethically and healthwise. And then one day I was on the internet and decided to become raw. A really strange thing about it is that I can't remember what the exact moment or what in particular made me decide to become raw. I had heard of being raw before but had never seriously thought about becoming raw. So I find that very strange that I can't remember the exact moment I decided to become raw. It's almost as if it was natural, as if my body or my higher consciousness just knew that's what I was supposed to be doing.

"Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it."-the Buddha
