I first began a vegetarian lifestyle in 1980 because of my biology teacher. I tried macrobiotics but I didn't like it. Then I was introduced to raw eating in 1989. I knew it agreed with our biology. I am glad today to have a lot of raw resources that make it a lot more possible to pursue as a lifestyle.
