lucky_rainbog,
Thanks for your interest. After my children were born, I would get totally off schedule and usually wait until the afternoon before I would get around to eating. So, I guess in a way, I was "not eating" a lot, so I guess that contributed to weight loss. Even though I wasn't eating raw, I was eating a lot of salads and such. I guess I feel it was the wrong way because #1: we all know you must eat small meals or snacks throughout the day and #2: even though I was eating salads, they were most usually McDonald's salads (with cooked chicken and not-healthy dressing). My sister always envied that I could lose my preganancy weight so quicky, almost without effort. However, now that my daughter is almost 2, I now find it impossible to lose the weight I put on in the past year. Go figure.....
Anyway, it sounds like you have set a reasonable goal for yourself to lose 24 lbs. by mid-July. From what I've read, if you stick with raw, you should be able to easily manage that. Good luck! Hopefully, we can all support each other in our weight loss endeavours!
